What are we looking for?
- Minimum three years AGENCY experience and a bachelor’s degree
- Hungry, go-getter approach to life and work
- Ability to multi-task various projects/assignments
- Ability to focus on both the details and see how things fit into the big picture
- Superb oral and written communications skills
- Demonstrated relationship building skills
- Leadership qualities to inspire team members and clients alike—even in high-stress situations
- Ability to handle monthly billing and manage projects profitably
- General account management experience in the many aspects of marketing and advertising, including media, creative, production, public relations, digital strategy, direct response/direct marketing, market research, strategic planning, branding, face-to-face and measurement

What do we expect of you?
- Serve as the main, proactive day-to-day client contact on accounts
- Take the lead on the development of marketing plans and budgets
- Gather information and formulate strategic insights to provide internal and external guidance
- Represent your team and successfully present strategic thinking to clients, demonstrating agency value
- Foster unity and motivate team to successfully implement client programs
- Develop and mentor assistant account managers
